How long does a typical deck or patio take to build?+
Most projects are completed in 1–3 weeks from groundbreaking. Larger custom builds with outdoor kitchens or covered structures may take 4–6 weeks.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and hold an active Tennessee contractor's license. Documentation provided on request.
What materials do you work with?+
Premium composite (Trex, TimberTech, Azek), western red cedar, ipe, kiln-dried pine, flagstone, travertine, concrete pavers, and stamped concrete.
Do you offer warranties?+
Yes — a 5-year workmanship warranty on every project, plus full pass-through manufacturer warranties (up to 50 years on premium composite).

Deck wash + stain typically runs $400–$900 depending on size and condition. Board repairs are quoted by the foot. Full custom decks range from $6,000 to $40,000+ depending on size, material, and structure. Every estimate is free and itemized.
